1. Access & Venue

•Closed-room format - Entry is allowed only at the beginning of the event.
•No midway exits - Participants must remain inside until the event concludes (except in emergencies).
•Late entry - Admittance after the start is at the organizers' discretion and only if it does not disrupt proceedings.
•IDs Required - Participants must bring and present valid identification to enter the event.

2. Ticket Categories & Privileges

•NOTE: An additional processing fee of 4.43% would be levied by the ticketing platform.

Gold Ticket Holders

•Gain exclusive access to a post-event networking session with the speakers.
•Professional conduct required – Conversations must remain respectful, relevant to the event theme, and free of harassment or inappropriate remarks. Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone violating these norms from the networking session or the event entirely.

Silver Ticket Holders

•Do not have access to the Gold networking area.
•Restricted zones – Any attempt to enter the Gold-only area will result in immediate removal from the event premises.

3. Speaker Disclaimer

•Personal opinions – All views expressed by speakers are their own and do not represent E-Cell or its affiliates.
•Neutral hosting – E-Cell provides the platform and remains neutral on all content shared.

4. Code of Conduct

•Respect & professionalism – All interactions must be courteous; harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
•Inclusivity – Be considerate of diverse identities, backgrounds, and perspectives.
•Photography & recording – Attendees may take photos or videos without flash. Official event photography and videography will be conducted by authorized E-Cell personnel. The link for the photos and videos will be shared after the event.

5. Safety & Security

•Emergency compliance – Follow all safety signals and instructions; evacuate calmly if required.
•Personal belongings – Keep valuables secure. E-Cell is not responsible for loss or damage.

6. Incident Reporting

•Raise concerns – Report any inappropriate behavior to event staff immediately.
•Enforcement – Organizers may issue warnings, remove attendees, or deny future participation if rules are violated.

7. Legal & Privacy

•Limited liability – E-Cell is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages.
•Data privacy – Any collected personal data will be used only for event-related purposes.
•Media usage – Event photos/videos will be used only with appropriate permissions.

8. Digital Etiquette & IP

•Device use – Keep phones/devices on silent and avoid disruptions.
